There is no minimum quantity for this item. If you would like to see a sample of this product, please place an order for a small quantity. Any order in quantities of 2 or few is considered a sample order.
We can ship items to addresses in the United States and Canada. US orders ship from New York via FedEx and Canadian orders ship from Greater Toronto, Ontario via Purolator Courier. This item usually ships within 3-5 business days and delivery time is usually 1 - 10 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of your purchase based on the size of your order and the zip code the item will ship to. You may view the shipping rate for your order by selecting the products you would like to purchase and entering your shipping zip code in the appropriate field in the shopping cart.
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a street address.
Once we ship your order, you will be notified via email and the appropriate tracking information will be provided.
All orders shipped to a Tennessee destination will be charged sales taxes. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Tennessee will not be charged sales tax.
Your satisfaction on every purchase is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be authorized.
All returns must be in original condition and packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials. Partial returns are not accepted.
Personalized or discontinued items may not be returned. Sample orders (quantities of 2 or less) are not returnable. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Round trip freight/shipping charges are your responsibility. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages and Claims
Although we try our best to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. Please check your order when it arrives. If by chance there is a problem with the shipment, we will replace them at no cost to you. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Please keep all packaging and merchandise in original condition. Claims for damaged items will require proof of damages. In most cases we will ask you to send us a digital photograph of the damaged items.
For some of our glassware items, we can only offer a refund. Damaged samples (quantities of 2 or less) will only be issued a credit.
Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise.

Changes and Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order at no additional cost as long as your order has not been processed. Cancellation fees may apply if your order has been processed but has not shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific inquiries.
Canadian Duties, Taxes, & Brokerage Fees
Certain purchases shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. Bottle Stopper Favors is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with a shipment nor are we familiar with import regulations and will not be responsible for fees or damages associated with noncompliance. These charges will be assessed and collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Please note, refused orders will be charged merchandise and freight charges.
Terms of Shipment
For ALL shipments, please note, that orders become your possession once they leave our warehouse. Any issues that may arise from damages, refused goods, incorrect addresses, delays (including weather or natural disaster delays), human error, and Canadian customs become your responsibility. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all the items contained in your order at the same time. In some cases, partial shipments will be made.
