All orders shipped to a Tennessee destination will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Tennessee will not be charged sales tax.

While we strive to provide a safe and easy to use website, we are also available to take your order over the telephone. We ship using UPS Ground service for orders in the United States and UPS Standard for orders to Canada. Delivery time in the United States ranges from 1-6 days. In certain situations, your order may be shipped via FEDEX, U.S. Postal Services, or other ground saver services. Please refer to the product page for product specific shipping information. Please note, in order to keep our prices our prices low and deliver as fast as possible, many of our favors ship directly from the manufacturer.
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a street address.

Tracking UPS orders
We will email you when your order ships. If tracking information is available, we will provide the tracking number as well as the URL for tracking your shipment.
If you live outside the United States or Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will work with you to determine the appropriate shipping cost.
International and Canadian Duties, Taxes, & Brokerage Fees
Certain purchases shipped internationally and to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. Please be aware that shipping charges on our site do not include these duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Christmas Holiday Favors is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with a shipment nor are we familiar with import regulations and will not be responsible for fees or damages associated with noncompliance. Certain charges may be assessed and collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Please note, refused orders will be charged merchandise and freight charges.
We strive to keep our website up-to-date with the latest stock status. If an item is in stock, it will be available for purchase on our site. If an item is out of stock, we will indicate it by showing the item as back-ordered once you add them to your shopping cart. If by chance, an item shows as available but is actually out of stock we will contact you via email immediately to determine how you would like us to proceed.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction on every purchase is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered are not returnable.
